WTFLT HIIT Trail

A community-led fitness initiative in Richmond's East End.

WTFLT HIIT Trail is its own program. It is not the Fall Line Trail.

Active Living

WTFLT supports movement where people already are.

WTFLT (WTFallLineTrail) is a community-led active-living initiative started by local high school participants in the Sports Backers Active Living Leadership (ALL) STARS program, and is currently focused on Richmond's East End.

We use HIIT exercise signs to help people add short, accessible bursts of movement into everyday routines while raising awareness of active-living opportunities across the Richmond area.

WTFLT is not the Fall Line Trail. The Fall Line Trail is the regional multi-use corridor, and WTFLT is a separate neighborhood fitness initiative designed to complement it. WTFLT openly supports and endorses the Fall Line Trail as a major public asset for health, recreation, mobility, and stronger community connection.

Our goal is to help people build momentum in their local neighborhoods, then take that energy into broader experiences like the Fall Line Trail.
